Only 4 ingredients, no baking, sweet and creamy, Lemon Cheesecake Fluff. Garnished with fresh fruit, makes this a quick, affordable, and easy dessert your family and friends will love.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 8 ounce heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract, or your favorite extract

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl whip the cream cheese and powdered sugar and lemon extract until light and fluffy. Add 1/3 of the whipped cream and mix well.
  3. Slowly fold in the remaining whipped cream. Spoon or pipe into small serving bowls.

Notes

To store, cover with plastic wrap or place in a storage container with lid. Keep in refrigerator for 5-7 days.
