Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 8 ounce heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract, or your favorite extract
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl whip the cream cheese and powdered sugar and lemon extract until light and fluffy. Add 1/3 of the whipped cream and mix well.
- Slowly fold in the remaining whipped cream. Spoon or pipe into small serving bowls.
Notes
To store, cover with plastic wrap or place in a storage container with lid. Keep in refrigerator for 5-7 days.
