This creamy grape salad has a delicious sweet flavor with the smooth texture of the dressing and sweetness of the grapes.
Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 pounds red seedless grapes, washed, dried, and cut in half
- 2 pounds green seedless grapes, washed, dried, and cut in half
Topping
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla and beat again until light and creamy.
- Fold the grape halves into the cream cheese mixture. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and pecans.
- Right before serving, transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with brown sugar and pecan mixture.
