Summertime means frozen treats that can easily be made at home at a fraction of the cost of restaurants. This Pineapple Freeze dessert is so satisfying and loaded with flavor.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 large scoop vanilla ice cream (about 3/4 cup)
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- splash of lemon juice
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Push down any pineapple chunks if necessary.
- Pour into a bowl and freeze the mixture for 30-40 minutes.
- Scoop into serving bowls and enjoy!
