Cheesy, savory onion soup bread is so tasty and easy. Great with dinner, making sandwiches, or eating alone. This bread will become one of your favorites.
Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 packages Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together flour, baking soda and soup mix. Stir in buttermilk. Mix in 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
- Pour into a greased 9x5 loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes. Turn out bread onto a wire rack and let cool before slicing.
